: WHAT IS YOUR ONLINE STORE RETURN POLICY?
: Because of the sensitive nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a damaged or non-functioning product. If your product is damaged or defective, you need to contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Please contact our customer care department at returns@blueboutique.com and note your name and order number. All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Customer care representatives will provide shipping instructions. Once we receive your return, we will determine if your item is eligible for return and contact you back via email.
: WHAT HAPPENS WITH AN "UNDELIVERABLE ORDER" ?
: Please double check your shipping address when placing your order. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will be held for 10 days and there will be one attempt to correct the address before refunding the order.
: I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
: You can reach customer care at returns@blueboutique.com. If the incorrect item was shipped we will accept the return with a valid RMA number and process for refund or exchange.
: WHAT IF I ORDERED THE INCORRECT SIZE OF LINGERIE OR CLOTHING?
: If the incorrect size was ordered we will accept the return and charge a 20% restocking fee. Please email returns@blueboutique.com. In the event we do not have your size we will refund your purchase, minus the 20% restocking fee. Returns on incorrect size apply only on Lingerie and Clothing purchases.
Refunds are provided as a credit to the payment card or PayPal account used to pay for the original transaction, minus the aforementioned 20% restocking fee. Funds usually post back to a credit card account within 3-7 business days.
This return policy applies to this online store only, brick-and-mortar locations are subject to their own return policies.
: WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED DISCREETLY?
: Your privacy is important to us. All packages are shipped in discreet, unmarked boxes with 'BB Store' and our shipping address listed on the return label.
: WHAT SHIPPING COMPANY DO YOU USE?
: USPS Priority Mail is our current domestic mail carrier.
: IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON DELIVERIES?
: No signature is required on any packages.
: I RECEIVED SOMEONE ELSE'S ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
: Please email returns@blueboutique.com. Please do not remove items from the packaging.
: CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
: To check the status of an order you've already placed, please check your email and you will receive a tracking number from us once your order has shipped.
