WHAT IS YOUR MAIN WEB STORE RETURN POLICY?
Because of the sensitive nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a damaged or non-functioning product. If your product is damaged or defective, you need to contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Please contact our customer care department at returns@blueboutique.com if you have any questions, or call us at 801-964-6061.
To initiate a return please email returns@blueboutique.com. Provide us with your name, email address, telephone number, and the order number. All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Customer care representatives will provide shipping instructions. Do not repackage the order and return it to the “shipped from” address. All returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Items must be in the original packaging and have all the tags attached. Your refund will be processed as soon as your items are received.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Please take care in providing your shipping information. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 20% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued. If you decide to have the product re-delivered to a different address (US addresses only), an additional shipping/handling fee of $10 will apply for US shipping addresses.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM
Please call our customer care department and report shipping errors within 7 days of receiving your package. You can reach customer care at 801-456-2765. If the incorrect item was shipped we will accept the return with a valid RMA number and process for refund or exchange.
I ORDERED THE INCORRECT SIZE
If the incorrect size was ordered we will accept the return and charge a 20% restocking fee. Please email returns@blueboutique.com or call 801-964-6061 to check the status of size availability and if we have your size in stock, we will send you the correct size. In the event we do not have your size we will refund your purchase, minus the 20% restocking fee. However, please note that sales of panties, thongs, or any other item that is designed to come in contact with genitals are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be available. Also, all sales of items on clearance or sale are final and are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds are provided as a credit to the payment card or PayPal account used to pay for the original transaction, minus the aforementioned 20% restocking fee.
This return policy applies to the main web store only (shop.blueboutique.com). Our adult web store (adult.blueboutique.com) and brick-and-mortar locations are subject to their own return policies.
